The staff are responsive and especially helpful. Make sure you stay in the apartment with a kitchen, large bathroom and a washing machine. There is variety of tasty food for breakfast.

This hotel is excellently located in the heart of the city, close to transport facilities, shopping malls, and all the tourist places of interest. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing great value for money. Plus, having a washer machine in the room is so convenient!

Got the same very nicely furnished and well-equipped room with a tv booked online, appreciated that. The location was excellent, and we could reach Neumarkt by walking. There was a nice restaurant, a shopping area and the Christmas market next door.

Great food, WONDERFUL hotel, magnificent location easy to get to from the train station with tram # 7. Good sized rooms with a tv available. A nice decor. Location really close to the nearest grocery store, the centre of the Altstadt, and all the restaurants. And only a 5-minute walk from The Dresden Zwinger.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location of the apartments was perfect, right in the heart of everything. We loved having a kitchen, as it allowed us to cook our own meals and bring back leftovers from the amazing nearby restaurants. The room itself was lovely and the internet worked perfectly.
